Dr. Bharat H. Sangani finished his Cardiology Fellowship at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio in 1988. He was looking for a place to practice where the modern benefits of Cardiology advancement had not reached its full extent, so his expertise would make a difference.  It was amazing to him, when he visited the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, to find that the advanced cardiac patients, expecially those who needed balloon angioplasty had to travel to either Mobile, Alabama or New Orleans, Louisiana.  At first he met a lot of resistance of the viability of the angioplasty program in the area, due to the lack of confidence and unabailability of an experienced cardiac team to perform those procedures at that time.

            Dr. Sangani tood those obstacles as a challenge and made the Mississippi Gulf Coast his home away from home.  He then decided to provide the finest and latest treatment option to the local community.  As a result of his determination and desire to provide the best possible cardiac care, Coast Cardiology Center was born in 1988.

            Since that time dozens fo Cardiologists have been attracted to the Gulf Coast providing one of the finest Cardiac Care centers to the local community and surrounding areas.  Keeping with time, Coast Cardiology Center has continued to grow and now boasts to have four Board Certified Cardiologists, four Nurse Practitioners and numerous Registered Nurses, Managers and support staff.

            Along with being a practicing cardiologist, Dr. Sangani entered the real estate and hotel development business in 1992. He formed Encore Enterprises, Inc. in 1999 to centralize management of all his real estate operations. Since 1992, Dr. Sangani’s real estate holdings have grown from one local property, to 37 nationally franchised holdings in 13 states, as well as a thriving commercial and retail development business.  Dr. Sangani created Encore Enterprises Inc. to be the cornerstone of all his real estate holdings and developments.
